2nd breast augmentation with Mr Traynor in December. Advice with size

Hi I’m Booked to have my second breast augmentation on the 4th December With Mr Traynor, I was a 32AA before my first BA and now I’m roughly a C I want to go a lot larger, a DD at least but unsure what size implant to choose as Neither me or my surgeon have any idea what size implants I currently have in….has anyone got any advice… was thinking to go either 450c-500c as I don’t want to be disappointed with the size
