Hey girls. I’m 16 day’s post op. I had 355cc under muscle. I was told I’m very small framed, as I’m 54kg and 5”7. I was aiming to go to a D. I had my check up appointment 1 week after, all clear, however this week I’ve noticed one of my breasts is smaller and falling to the side and downwards under my incision slightly. I contacted my coordinator, yet apparently 2 weeks is too early to tell and they look normal? I’m just wondering whether I should be worrying or whether it may be due to the muscles reacting and healing differently. they just don’t seem right. But it’s early days.

Ill add another picture so it’s clearer how different the sizes, shapes and position of the implants are

Please don’t panic. They will keep changing for a number of weeks yet. the surgeon and thenurse warned me that over the next few weeks your nipples can face different ways your breasts will look completely different but its just how they are both healing. My nurse explained it as they are sisters not twins. They will heal completely different. One leg is different than the other one arm is different than the other. They will both be different shape for a while but don’t worry.

Thank you so much! Yeah I guess it’s just a waiting game. It’s just so nerve wracking not knowing what to expect or whether something is as it is when you see all the scary complications when you search online! I’ve just never known one implant to slide to the side so much where the size looks different. Thanks for the help x

Everyone just heals differently and you have no idea what shape they will be every day. But 1. please don’t look online as you could really scare yourself!! haha and 2. don’t panic. They may change shape a lot more in the next few weeks x

Don’t worry, mine bust some serious shapes! But now, nearly 6 weeks PO they are much more settled! Keep an eye on things but it’s still really early days x

Thank you so much, it’s made me feel better. I rang my nurse and sent pictures today, she said there is slight misshaping but I’m being seen to on 29th May. So you reckon this may be a normal process? I keep on panicking about it thinking they’re falling down my chest muscle and out of position! Worst worry ever xxx all the best in recovery
