Congrats on yor surgery. I’ve replied to your PM chick. What band size do you normally wear?
I’ve gone from a small a-b to a dd/e so far, but I think I might need to go up one cup size yet. Tried to attach a picture of mine! Ps Those marks are where my sports bra had been pressing lol xxx

There’s no gaurentee what size you will be & drop & fluff can take up to 6 months, sometimes even longer so it’s hard to tell, just be patient as you’ll have a lot of swelling & they change all the time x

Thanks babe, the waiting period is really hard but I got excited & rushed & measured myself using the boob or bust calculator at 5 weeks post op, I got measured exactly 6 weeks post op & now my bras are all too small & I’m only 18 weeks post op! Take lots of pictures through your journey xx

Just in case my reply made no sense lol, I had 365cc unders too. At six weeks post op, I don’t have any pain. I think after two weeks, the pain was near enough gone. It’s different for everyone, but I’m sure in another week, you’ll feel massively better and be able to move around much more easily xx

@cj22 i don’t really know how to work this ? Hope I’m replying right lol ! It’s my back more than anything it’s hurting more than my boobs ! I I’m in bed up till about 4am then having to go on the sofa , I can’t wait to be able to sleep ok again , I’m back at work tomorrow so think I’ll need my bed after that ! , when could you lay on your side ? Did your back hurt too ?xx

Are you putting a pillow under your knees that really helps with back pain. After 6 weeks I slept on my side a couple of times but it wasn’t until about 4 months that side felt comfy again x

I had overs so I had no pain, I was really lucky!! It was mainly my back & bum lol & the heaviness, whenever I took my sports bra off to have a shower until at least 4 weeks post op I felt like they were going to fall off lol!! I was allowed to sleep on my back after 1 week, I’ve only just started sleeping on my front now as they’re getting really soft. They move around so much now but I religiously wear my sports bra every night still xxx

I saw my surgeon at 3 weeks post op and he ok’d me to sleep on my side again. I know its incredibly frustrating being upright for a while. I got a wedge pillow to prop my knees up, and this massively helped take the pressure off my back. You could use normal cushions/pillows to do the same thing though. A lot of girls seems to find it easier to get comfortable on the sofa, rather than their bed whilst propped up. Just do whatever works best to get some sleep. Good luck back at work too xx
