3WPO incisions not healing well :(

So I’m just over 3WPO and was hoping I would have my dressings completely off at my nurses appointment on Tuesday. Instead I’ve got further dressings on my left boob as I have two little holes in my incisions from where my stitches have popped out. I’m absolutely gutted and so worried in case it gets worse. My right boob is absolutely fine.
The nurse said she isn’t at all worried as it’s not infected, but obviously I’m in panic mode!!

Has anyone had any problems like this before? I go away in 6 weeks and I’m so scared they won’t be healed in time ????

Hi Christie-Leigh. Iv not had my op yet so I’ll not be much help, but a girl I follow on instagram has healed really well and swears by a high protein diet. I don’t think yours look bad at all, iv seen a lot worse and you are only 3wpo. I can imagine every little thing has you in a panic though, I’ll be the same. I’m sure you’ll be fine. They look fab 🙂

@kendal90 Thanks sweetie. I think when it’s your own boobs you just go into automatic panic! I’m constantly checking to see if they have changed lol. When is your op? Are you excited? Xx

Definitely, I’ll be panicking at every little thing, it’s because we just want and expect everything to run smoothly from the off. You’ll be fine, they can take months to heal properly. My op is 30th oct I was meant to have them done 27th July but for personal reasons pushed it back abit, so I’m so ready for them done but I’ll be a nervous wreck too. What did you think to Mr Mounir? xx

Had the same problem,holes in left side that just wouldn’t heal,in the end I found that taking some.dressings home and changing every couple of.days helped speed up recovery,I had a holiday planned at 7 weeks po so I was panicking like mad but luckily I healed just before,just got back from my hol in thailand and had no problems
I’m sure you will heal fine
