    Finally my last bit of swelling has gone still get a few twinges now and again but becoming less had 2.5litres from hips flanks and lower back very happy with finally result

    That’s great news.

    How did you get on wearing the under garment for four weeks? I’m 5 days PO and it’s driving me insane already 🙁

    Hi the foam vest is horrendous and I was counting down the weeks but even after the four weeks I had to wean myself of wearing it as I was in a lot pain with just the spanks on swelling went through the roof . Hang in there it’s a slow journey but well worth it

    Yes I feel like the swelling hasn’t gone down at all from my back which is really getting me down. I’m not very patience so that doesn’t really help.
