400cc overs with crease lowered?

Hi girl, I’m having 400cc over the muscle and the crease underneath my boobs lowered. I have slightly tubular boobs so this is why.
Has anyone had this sort of thing done and would anyone be willing to show me results?
My op is at the end of this month, thanks girls! Xxxx

I had 450cc moderate plus textured implants under muscle, I was a deflated B cup before x
