400cc unders, will they get bigger?

Hi, I’m 1 week post op (it’s very early days still I know!!) with 400cc unders, I was very flat before, 34aa.

I don’t know if it’s just boob greed but I thought they’d be bigger… I can’t help but feel a little disappointed especially as the recovery has been hard I wouldn’t want to go through it again! Will they get bigger with healing, as they ‘drop and fluff’?!

Remember that your muscles are probably holding the implants tight against your chest wall at the moment and your skin probably has some stretching to do too. They will probably take around 6 months before you get your final result. I know it’s hard but patience is key. They will change so much in the next few weeks. Try to take weekly photos to see your progress. Xx

They just look to be being held tight by your muscle at the moment. The muscle just needs time to relax xx

You’re right they don’t look too big right now but remember how big they were in your hands when you were trying sizes and remember all that filling has got to go somewhere. I’m having exactly the same so I know they’re big. It will just be because the muscle is keeping them squashed in for now but they will be massive in a few weeks I’m sure xx

They will definitely get bigger as your muscle relaxes.. it takes a good few weeks for them to fall into the correct position and soften up.. I’m 6 weeks post op and mine have just started to feel soft and natural.. it’s so annoying having to wait!! Keep taking photos every few days and compare them, you’ll see big changes!
Do you have a band to wear? I definitely recommend wearing it as much as you can to move them into the pockets, especially since you’ve had unders. Your surgeon will most likely give you some massages to do, make sure you do them everyday as they really help too xx

I felt the same with mine hun. I had unders and they felt tight but I’m now a year 4 months PO. I’ll attach my progression photos. The second pic was last May so only 4 months difference and the third pic is May 2019. Hope they help x

Definitely will … Mine were so small and dropped into natural shape by 9 weeks and I’m hopeful they will keep getting better ??

Thank you everyone! I thought that was the case, definitely just a case of boob greed but only because the recovery has been hard, I wouldn’t want to be left feeling disappointed after all that!

Same here I am very disappointed, I had 400cc ,and it just feels like nothing has been done I can’t believe that I have spent all money and time to heal to get what I got I really wasn’t expecting them to look like this, I can barely see them I’m heartbroken

I just had 400cc 4days ago I have the same feeling that they look small and wished I went bigger. I will wait and hope as they settle they get bigger.

They get smaller after swelling goes down trust me

I had 500cc unders I’m 10 months post op and mine have gone really small they have width but no fullness and cant tell they’ve been done I measured a 36f at 6 weeks post op now I’m 36 D really disappointed ?
