Hello girls, I’m 4’11 Asian, petite, 48kg size 6/8 and currently bra Small A padded. Hard time deciding size!!
I had my consultation, and soon to be having a second one to decide size. I’ll be having Motiva Ergonomix implants, most likely Demi(Moderate plus) profile. Initially I decided 285cc, but now I’m going crazy as I can’t decide either if that will be small or big to my frame. The doctor suggest 285 and saying that maximum is 300 for my breast measurements. (breast left-to-right 11,5cm each I think)
I want fullness, and I don’t want them to be small, but I’m also afraid that 300 will may be big. In the screening 3D imaging(for 285cc) we did it looks good, but not big (neither small, just normal), however I don’t know how accurate is this software.
Any girls with similar stats? pictures before/after please? opinions?
I’m surprised your surgeon recommended a moderate plus profile! I’m 5’1 (barely), very very petite size 4-6 and a bwd of 11cm and was recommended high profile for a natural look or ultra high profile if I wanted to go as big as possible as the implant is narrower so he can fit in more CCs that way. I chose high.
What cup are you hoping to be? You don’t need a big implant to get to a D cup even from a flat A cup. On my frame, I was told 295cc would take me to a full D cup (my friend is the same height and weight as me and she got to a 32D with 295cc hp from a 30A). I am going bigger than that though as I actually want pretty big boobs lol, but a 285cc high profile will take you to a D cup. Not sure on yours as you’re going for moderate though x
Honestly the difference between 285cc and 300cc is so small (less than a shot glass) so i wouldnt worry too much, i had 300cc high profile unders and went from 32AA/absolutely nothing to a 32D and am very happy with them xx

Now I’m more confused if I should go high profile or moderate though (as I was so sure before I wanted moderate so it fills up more all around, and not worried much of the projection).
I really aim for a full C, not less to be honest. Even a 32 empty D would be acceptable I guess 😀
If you’re only aiming for a C cup, a moderate profile will probably be fine on you! It’s just when you want a D cup and bigger you tend t need more projection especially on a narrow frame as you’ll not only end up with too much sideboob but also risk symmastasia (uniboob). With the implant size you’ve chosen, the dimensions seem to fit your frame fine, but if you wanted to go bigger, I would maybe rethink the profile. A 285 moderate will definitely give you a full C cup though (on your frame)

I think so too, 285 would give fullness side boob etc which I find sexy. But I don’t think it’ll create complications or issues. I’m 32a(34a in m&s) I seem narrow and petite from the front but because of work out my back and lats make me wider. Also the base of the moderate 285cc is exactly my bwd so should be ok.
I don’t mind the projection that much, still tho hope for semi or full C.

I’m more of 6/8 frame, definitely not 4, therefore like you 11cm bwd, but I wanted to fill more my chest area, plus I don’t want big-big boobs, I want fullness in the area and I don’t worry about it’s projection as much as I’m going with Motiva Ergonomix implants and they sit down more natural when you are standing. Meaning about 15% goes from the cleavage down to the pointed/lower part of breast. (as I’m sacrificing some upper part, the moderate profile will compensate, so is win-win kinda).
In my first consultation we only tried on 3D Imaging software the 285cc moderate plus implants and even though my boobs look nice, I feel they look average to my frame, like a B semi-full?..don’t know, slightly bigger probably will be better, but what if it turns out huge? (worried.. Im petite)
Still I haven’t decide 100% though, I might go for high prof more cc, I’m having 2nd consultation before surgery so to take final decision in size.
I’m aiming for a full C cup, I don’t want smaller or bigger cup though to be honest. I don’t want them small, neither big lol haha, confusing I know.
By the way I have the size-chart with the implants I’m going. I could go up to 345cc in High Prof or up to more more in Ultra high. So I know there is room to go but I really want to fill the ‘base area’ of my chest, as I have a feeling, even though petite, that area is kinda empty, needs cc’s to fill it towards up-down left-right more than what it needs projection, dunno.
Your initial response has just been posted! I think you should feel confident with the size and profile you’ve chosen, from what I’ve seen and researched I’m sure that will take you to a full C cup plus your surgeon knows best!!
I’m going quite a bit bigger as I do want pretty big boobs lol. I was a 32D about 4 years ago when I was on contraception but as soon as I came off it I lost a shedload of weight all over and my boobs completely deflated too. I’m currently a 30A (I think) although my surgeon did say I’m a 30A/B. My breasts fluctuate a lot throughout the day though and when I had my consultation they were on the fuller side!
I’ve chosen a 350cc high profile which is slightly wider than my bwd. I was concerned about this but he said as my breasts now naturally sit a little further apart, if I want quite a bit of cleavage (which I told him I do) then it’ll be fine. I trust his judgment but I am considering switching to ultra high profile as it’s narrower or going down in ccs for a high profile implant which I really don’t want to do 😭
I know a 300cc high profile implant will take me to a D/DD but I also know that implant bra sizes measure much larger than natural boobs bra sizes. So a D/DD in fake boobs only actually looks like a C cup, and I want to look like a D/DD so I have to aim for larger than that just so it looks like a D/DD to look at if that makes sense
I have my pre op today and I’m going to go for a second consultation with my surgeon too just so I can get his opinion on size and try out the implants again. At my initial consultation they only had teardrop sizers for some reason, so I want to actually try out the round implants in different sizes and profiles before my surgery x

Hi Maya, oh I’m glad my initial comment was posted (as it was too long to re-write haha).
Yes, the surgeon suggest this as maximum, but I’m sure I can convince him for 300cc, however if it’s increasing risks of issues, I don’t want. 285cc should be fine, he says it’ll take me to C cup and it’ll look nice on me. He has his own clinic he is one of the best, he is professor and he has done himself over 3000 BA, 1500 with with Motiva implants. So I really trust what he says obviously.
About what you are saying, about the bra’s I’ve noticed that fake boobs look better/bigger than real but they are actually smaller when you grab them. I think is just an illusion. So ..dunno.
Also there is psychological part to the whole boob greed etc.. and every woman is different. I’ve been in forums every day for the last months and I noticed that women that say “I want natural look” 90% of them want porn star look but they just don’t know it.. Kinda same happened to me when I was going to the 1st consultation and I was so scared to put big boobs I said to doctor I want natural to fit my frame as I’m petite I was afraid of parents and friends noticing, and when I went there and saw 285cc I was like..I want bigger than that! hahah you get me.
But about the sizers, indeed I heard many woman getting scared trying sizers in the consultation and thinking they are going big and after surgery they regret they didn’t go even bigger as the post-op boobs seem to be smaller than what the sizers show.
I did 3D screen imaging, which I believe in that the case is the other way around, 3D looks smaller(as it can’t catch shadows etc) and in reality boobs look bigger. So.. well..
Lastly for the profile, I really don’t like ultra high.. really up to you. but remember that the higher profile, the more narrower (which can cause gravitational force towards down if you go b or after years having them) and also to big but not much base.. It’ll definitely look like cucumbers on my empty big chest area lol haha.. just my opinion.
This is the thing, my priority is also safety/ preventing future complications so if i have to sacrifice some size for that then I will. I’ve looked at a lot of uhp implants and I just know it isn’t the look I’m going for, so I’m pretty sure i’m going to stick to hp and just sacrifice some ccs if I have to to make them fit. I’ve booked my second consultation with the surgeon but it isn’t until 25th Feb, but hopefully I can discuss sizes with him again.
I’ve also asked my pcc to make sure she has some round sizers for me to try on at that next consultation because I really don’t feel comfortable going into surgery only having tried on teardrop sizers when I’m not even having teardrop implants! It makes choosing a size impossible.
Ahhhh are you doing it without telling family and friends too??? Girl same!!! It’s made things much more complicated as I need to sort someone to look after me. I’ve only told my best friend and little sister and my best friend can look after me for a couple of the first days, and then my sister for a couple of the days after that. And then I’m on my own from there

My surgery is 23rd of February. Yes I’m not telling parents and most of friends, I can’t haha.
I even tried to tell my little brother and I couldn’t spit it out. Only my partner(obviously knows) and he’ll help me around as he works from home. And also some very close best friends know, but I won’t tell anyone else. 285cc should make difference but I can still hide them if I want I guess. My mom will notice regardless in one point though.. well..Also, it needs to be a balance between profile and cc, so indeed you can’t keep the same cc if you are going down in profile as this will probably stretch a lot your breast diameters. According to my bwd I can go up to 370-400cc if I go HP, but in Demi(moderate plus) I can’t go more than 300 definitely.
So you are going round implants right? yes, don’t go teardrop shape(my opinion) as they can flip and then…f***k. Round under the muscle won’t make it look that fake, it’ll give it a more teardrop shape after 6 months or so 😉
Mine is 3 days after yours! I’m thinking the same, some people will probably notice, but I’m thinking most people won’t as I rely so heavily on padded bras and chicken fillets now anyway.
Yes I’m not thinking of lowering my profile, I think I’ll stick with high! I was told 350 maximum in high profile, although the surgeon did recommend 325 as he thinks that will look best. I said 350 at the time but as I’m so narrow I think what I might say to him is to go with 350 if possible in surgery but if he feels 325 will fit better on the operating table then to go with that.
Yes round textured implants to prevent rippling as I’m going over the muscle! I have a mild breast deformity in which I have no upper pole fullness because of restricted breast tissue, and because of this overs are more suitable for me. I did want under but he said because of my current boob shape, unders will give me a saggy look. At least my recovery will be quicker though so every cloud! x

1pHi girl I’m also Asian and on the petite side! I got 275 and 310cc unders started with 32A now fitting into 32D in Victoria’s Secret bras. I love my new boobies!
I don’t think 300 would be too big it would literally look the same as 285. You would have to go 100-150cc to even see a big difference. (what my surgeon told me)
I was also afraid of going too big as I’m athletic and into fitness and didn’t want them to effect my workouts. I could of pulled off bigger and still would have looked proportioned. Wish I went a little bigger tbh. You get used to them but maybe I have a lil boob greed.
I only look like B in clothes and a big B/ small C in sports bras and bikinis. Can’t complain tho cuz I started with nothing and honestly with smaller implants they’ll have less complications later in life! Plus you can always wear a push up bra so I can make it seem way bigger then it is.
Also I’m a stomach sleeper and I have no problems at all sleeping on my stomach and that was one of my concerns.
Overall I’m happy with my size and definitely boosted my self esteem. I’ll try to upload some pics!!

1pI still fit into all my xs sports bras and bathing suits just fill them out better 🙂
