450cc too big?

Had my surgeon consultation today and he offered me 450 unders to achieve a dd which was a lot bigger than I expected given my frame.. 5ft6, 7 stone, size 6/8 32a..

I’m worried I’m going to end up with massive boobies but worried if I go any smaller I won’t be happy. Can’t win lol.

Does anyone have some 450 pics they can share??

Ooo I would be interested in seeing this. I’m unsure on sizing and keep thinking about the boob greed everyone mentions

I had 400 cc unders, I was a 34, very empty C, I’m 5 foot 7 and 11 stone and am now a 34F!

@ Jade, sounds like a difficult decision for you. 450cc seems really big for only being a size 6/8 and 7 stone but at the same time, ur not short. I guess ur width measurements must be big enough to 450cc in. My guess is that you would be more than a DD. Why don’t you try some rice sizers, they helped me decide.

@pinkchick.. I meant 8 stone lol that was a typo! 🙈 I’m thinking it’s because I have a lot of empty skin after 3 babies. I made rice sizers and although they seemed big I didn’t think they were too big! Just worried il end up looking silly

@gemmafeva if your 400 took you up 3 cup sizes from a c to an f perhaps my 450 will take me from and a to a d/dd. That gives me hope lol wouldn’t even mind an e. Just worried il look like a lolly pop with boobs as my frames so petite 🙈

I was a 32b… I had 400cc unders and I’m a DD/E… I am 5ft 2.. curvy size 8… MYA offered me 500cc overs.. I felt this was too big and didn’t want overs.. They were lovely at the consultation but I felt 500 overs weren’t for me..
My surgeon I went with said I could go to 450cc but the chances of rippling would be higher… I settled for 400cc and I couldn’t be happier!… they look natural (just a bigger version of what I had).
If your unsure ask to see another consultant as they sometimes have different opinions on what is best for you.
It’s a life changing decision so make sure your 100% happy with what you are getting.

Thanks for the reply! I’ve booked in to see my surgeon again just to be sure.. I should probably add my boobs went up to an E when pregnant so a lot of excess skin to fill so I think that’s probably why he offered such a large size! Il see what he says when I go back xx

I was a 34B, deflated after breastfeeding for a year. I couldn’t decide between 415/450. I ultimately decided on 450 unders, this is 4 week PO, one is dropping faster than the other but that’s all part of the process 🙂 swelling is pretty much minimal at this point.

I’m currently a 30b I’ve been offered 400cc round HP implants but after reading so many reviews I’ve seen some girls end up too big! I’ve got a bit of under boob but nothing at the top I’m only about 5”5 5”6 at a push however I’m curvy (hips and bum), don’t know if going to the 350 instead would make much difference so hard deciding 😫😫😫😫

Gemma I would be very interested in seeing your before & afters. Your stats are very similar to mine apart from height I am 5’10. A disappointing 34C. Really do not believe I am a C cup at all. Are you able to upload photos please?xx

I had 450cc and wish i’d of gone a bit smaller.. They are too big im now a 32E.. Im 5ft 4 and 9st x
I love them but with id of gone with the 400 x

I was an empty 30B and with 350cc I’m a 32E. I was so scared 350 would be too small but I’m glad I didnt go any bigger

Gee- I feel so silly posting – but just wondering if anyone was looking for smaller sizes as I am? I was worried that 175cc HP would be too big for me. I’m 5 feet and about 100 lbs. I breastfed four babies and am now 41. With my eldest now being 16 years old, I wanted to do something for myself. I am so worried about choosing the wrong size – 😬 Has anyone had 175cc unders and willing to share before and afters? I am currently a full A or a small B.

I’m 5 ft 4 size 6 to 8 on top and was a 32 A bra size before
Mine are not massive and they are not small they are perfect for my body
I think 450 would look amazing on you go for the biggest they offer you because you lose abit going under the muscle aswell xx

I have just been offered. Round UHP 400/450 overs I am currently 5ft 6. and weigh around 11/12 stone. Does anyone have before and afters. I just want to make sure they want look stupidly big 🙂

I had 450cc and I’m only 5ft 4 and weigh 9stone. When they were first done I panicked thinking they were too big but I’m now 3 months post op and they have settled really well and suit my size.
