500cc + Any stories on sagging or before and after photos please ladies

I have currently been told I can only have mentor implants of 535cc due to the width of my current implants. And not being able to reduce the width of implant due to risk of flipping. I Currently have 365g in each breast from 7 years ago. And not sure if 535cc would be too heavy for me as I have a slight drop to right breast with not very much breast tissue .

I would like to make mine bigger. But not sure if theywill sag to much with 535cc

Ms Lutz refused to do my surgery and need to see a differnt consultant any thoughts or anyone been in same position

Any before and after photos of 500cc+ would be helpful x

What size where u naturally before did they discuss possible sagging at all with you ? X

Not even an a cup,pretty much said theres no tissue to sag x

Nikki, I’ve added youm I’m having 530 in May and not seen many ladies on here with 500+ xxx

I had 12 year old 340cc and just had 500 hp unders on Tuesday. I was told that I may still want or need a lift at a later date but these should improve the current situation x
