Anyone else in the same boat?

I was offered 300cc as wanted to be what I thought was a full C/small D and even though I’m measuring as a DD I feel they are still small. I never wanted to look fake but feel my shape could of taken bigger! Has anyone had a second op and if so how soon after first BA?
