7weeks post op could I have cc?

So have tried not to obsess about my boobs for the past week. But when I dressed this morning I noticed that my right boob is possible 2 inches higher that my left. When I was around 2 weeks post op right side was lower then left caught up now left is lower. I had partials and with my arms by my side I can grab the right implant with muscle but can’t do it in the left. But I am right handed!!!!
Little stressed over it to say the least don’t see surgeon for 5 weeks.
Is it too early to tell?
