So I’ve just got back from 2 weeks in mexico and the difference in confidence I had in my bikini top and clothes is ridiculous..

I’m 8wpo now, currently still wearing my post op bra to sleep in purely for the fact they are so comfy. Now I’m back from holiday syrting back at the gym has anyone got any tips on good sports bras? Also what are people putting on their scars? Xx

You look great!!! and that’s soo nice to hear . Getting boobs done can be life changing . I know mine wlll , in so many ways . Holidays , relationship and yes self confidence. Most girls say the M&s hight impact ones are good . I think they have a sale on at the moment. Β£9 x

Aww thanks girls! Honestly it was so nice not to feel like you’ve got a pancake chest and all the people I met couldn’t believe they were fake they thought they looked natural and didn’t have a clue which was what I wanted. Defo recommend a high factor sun cream if anyone goes away not long after. I went 6week and 3dpo and omg they burnt ha. Factor 50 was my best friend, but they’ve still come back lovely and tanned!

Brill thanks I’ll have a look xx

@hannah-x You look fab, the results are super natural as well πŸ™‚ Have you been measured? I’m 4 weeks po – bit apprehensive as they’re still changing and don’t know what size they’ll end up being!

Thankyou ????That’s what I wanted natural. Yeah I measure at a 32 f. I thought after the swelling went down mine felt so small and I was a bit gutted then when they start e to drop and fluff I felt better about them. I didn’t get measured until I was 6 weeks just to make sure the swelling had definitely gone as they’d changed loads from weeks 4-6. Even now at 10 weeks I’ve noticed them changing in the last 2 weeks. What size implant did you have? X
