9wpo still quite tender

Hi ladies I’m 9wpo and although my recovery has gone better that I expected I’m still quite tender around the side and my nipples.
Is anyone else still experiencing tenderness this far along x

Hey hun i am 7wks post op and i have same problem my nurse said it can take up to a year to settle down x

Hi Hun I was still tender at 9 weeeks post op if fact i still get nerve pain every now and then now and I’m nearly 5 months post op it can take a year to 18 months for everything to settle and go back to normal Hun xxx

Thank you as long as I know it’s normal I can relax x

I’m 7 weeks post op and I still have tenderness in the sides as well. I also have some numbness but the nurse at my 6 week check up said it was normal. Can’t wait til everything gets back to normal! Xx
