Abdominal swelling/bloating

I’m 1 week post op today and I normally have such a small waist, but my entire stomach is so swollen it’s the same width as my hips I’m living in baggy clothes i hate it. When will this go down? I have plans for next week so in 10 days time, and I really want the tummy swelling to be gone by then 🙁

Probaby be gone by then. Drink plenty of water and walk around if you can as it helps. I had it for 5 to 6 days.
