Advice please

Hi girls

I’m after advice. I’ve seen a surgeon and he offered my 450cc hp p without an uplift.
I saw another surgeon yesterday and he has advised a uplift and a smaller implant 380 :0( (as I have thing skin etc)
I’m currently a empty 34b/c was hoping to be a DD after implants.

Has anyone had a uplift and implants??? Who wouldn’t mind sharing photos please
