Advice please!!!

Hiya girls, I’d really appreciate your input and advice on my boobs! I’ll be a year post op in July and pretty much throughout the whole journey I have had trouble with my left breast (right in the picture). My right is so round and full at the bottom but the left looks very flat and high up – almost like it just needs to be pulled down slightly. I’ve seen the nurse and she says I just need to massage the implant down but I don’t think that’s right, especially as I’m almost a year post op. I’m meeting my surgeon next week and hopefully they will see the problem.

Can anyone else see what I’m going on about or am I just being over critical? Any advice needed!! Thank you xx
