Advice please on uplift without implant!

Hi Ladies,

Over the last 2yrs I’ve lost 6st and now looking to get my boobs fixed! I’m a 36DD and haven’t lost any size with the weight loss but lost shape and fullness. I’ve seen two surgeons who have recommended different options, one said uplift & implants but would have to go bigger to E/F and I don’t want bigger….other said uplift only if no increase in size is wanted. BUT I’m worried that if I have the uplift only, will my boobs still feel saggy and not have any round fullness?

Anyone of a similar size had an uplift only? Can’t find any before & after pics anywhere to see the results and if people were happy with results! Thanks

They look great!! Are you pleased? I’m worried the uplift won’t give me full breasts and they’d still go flat when I lay down but yours look amazing. Thank you for sharing

They do look like you have implants! I will be so happy if I achieve something like this!
Im the same i want mine to be round but dont want implants as they are so heavy for my back now… i need them to be lighter!!
I am seeing mr giannas on Wednesday, so ill see what he recommends.
