My op is booked for the 30th of Jan but I’ve started to doubt whether I’m making the right choice. I’ve uploaded a photo of me now. My boobs are saggy from losing weight and very different sizes. I was told I should be able to get the look I want without an uplift but I’m so scared they will just look saggy afterwards!

I had decided I wanted to go large so my surgeon has offered 475cc and 520cc high profile overs to even them out and hopefully give me the E cup size I want. He said if he can’t fit these in he would have to go with 420cc and 475cc. But am I right in choosing to go so big? I thought the bigger the implant the more it would fill out my saggy boobs but now I’m worried the weight will drag them down more!

Any advice would be appreciated. I’m starting to panic being so close to the surgery.

I am borderline needing a uplift but I chose to just have moderate plus implants I went for 375cc not sure if I could of gone bigger I trusted my surgeon and plus I have heard the bigger the implant the heavier so they will end up sagging quicker. Everyone’s different you may need that size implant for your shape and size. Maybe have another chat with your surgeon. But I don’t think the size his offered is that big Xx

I’m not a surgeon but I’ve seen one girl here with similar breast and she wasn’t offered an uplift, just overs and after a time she did sag unfortunately and the result wasn’t satisfying.
I’m not saying it has to be in your case as everyone’s body is different but it would be worth to suggest an uplift or try to go unders. Indeed, bigger size may fill your empty cups but if its to heavy, boobs may naturally sag. Under the muscle would lift it up I think preventing ripping etc.
I would definitely speak to your surgeon or go for a second opinion if you manage.
You are concerned and not sure and you need to be certain abt it. After all is your decision, money and life afterwards.
But as I’m saying I’m not a doctor and it’s just a suggestion xx

Thanks for the advice girls. The problem I have at the moment is that I can’t afford the extra 4 grand for the uplift. So I guess I’ll just have to be realistic in thinking that I may need an extra uplift operation in the near future. I’m just hoping they won’t look saggy straight away!

I don’t think they will hun. But speak to your surgeon once again if you’ve got any doubts.
Some girls were told that uplift may be needed on some point in the future so you should be fine now. And if you had big sizes suggested, that means the surgeon tries to fill them up.
Fingers crossed everything goes well for you xx

My surgeon told me what you have now is what you will end up with after… just bigger. For the first few weeks after the op they will look amazing but they will slowly start to take the shape of your breasts now as the muscle relaxes.
I had small 32b (didn’t fill the bra) & I had a modified lift with my BA. I didn’t think that I would need anything else done because my boobs were so small but there was no way I wanted them to take the shape I had.
It seems a lot more money now but it will be 100% worth waiting for if you don’t think you’ll be happy with them looking a bigger version of what you have now.
The lift has honestly been the best part of my surgery!
Do your research, & look at before & after photos where the breasts after BA have had time to heal. Xx

I went ahead without a lift and love my results, yours really aren’t that saggy only borderline, the size offered isn’t big at All, it’s only because English girls tend to stick around the 350 mark that it may sound big.. but in states no one really goes anything under 500.. All boobs sag eventually anyway implants or not.. I honestly think they’ll just be filled out more looking at your frame x

Thank you so much for all your advice! It’s really hard to know whether you’re doing the right thing so I’m trying to trust my surgeon and hoping he knows best. I have seen so many before and after photos on here of girls who’ve had really successful operations with implants only so I’m hoping I’ll be one of those and not one of the horror stories!

Thanks for your advice Kerrie. I had seen some of your posts on here and you gave me hope! x
