Advice wanted on breast size

Hi girls, I’m in the process of deciding what size I’d like to go for and just wanted opinions from others who started off the same size as me Pre op. I’m a 34b currently. I also have inverted nipples so would love to know if any other girls had that which were then released from the pressure of the implant! Thanks x
