All done! 350 cc unders with Mr Traynor!

Hey girls,
Just had my op done and came around and I honestly feel fantastic! Not going to lie, today I had second thoughts, I was crying, I was scared and I was basically petrified on having the cannula and being put to sleep etc. However the staff here at Preston are amazing, put my mind at ease and were great! When I got here I told the nurse Lynne my fears regarding the cannula so she got me some numbing cream. It all happened fairly fast! All the staff here are so brilliant. I am in no pain and I came around around 2 hours ago. This is a photo I’ve never wanted to share, I took this for my own personal records to compare before and after. However I’m so pleased so I’m bracing it and sharing with you guys. X such a difference already! Xxxxxxx I can’t thank the staff here enough x and mr traynor, he is fantastic! Xxxxxx

Thankyou so much @crystal19811981 I honestly woke up and thought ohhhh they look so much smaller than I expected! Did yours get bigger over the upcoming weeks? Even if they stayed this size I’d be happy! As I have been so used to having no boobs this is a dream! Xxxxxxx

He’s lovely isn’t he. I am definately more than happy with my choice of surgeon he is fab! And I was the same @crystal19811981 kept saying my photos were too big! I had to email them to myself as a smaller file xxxxxxxx

Hey henrietta x oh no honestly I was the same! I have a HUGE fear of needles and was petfrified! It’s all done so fast and you don’t even really care about the anaesthetic whilst they’re doing it, in fact I don’t even remember them putting it in! They gave me something to calm down as I was shaking I was so scared x and it proper chilled me out. Next thing I had woke up. So I was obv so chilled when they gave me the anaesthetic. I feel great! Oh my god come to think of it I said to a nurse called Christine once I woke up I said to her “am I going in for surgery now?” She told me I’d already had it done! It was crazy! No pain at all! My chest was tight when I went to grab my bag under the bed that was it. I think it’s certain movements like extending ur arms that get u. Apart from that I’m fine I feel fantastic! Are you getting yours done ? It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Love mr traynor he’s amazing I could cry he’s made my dreams come true! @hennibell

I booked a consultation with Mr Traynor at Liverpool. I can fit into a 32c padded bra although there is some space and my chest is flat. I want to go up to a D cup. I am very slim with a size 8 top frame and size 10 bottom frame. This is why I want a natural look so it’s not obvious I’ve got implants. Just wondering what cup size equivalent your implants are? They look natural and not too big on your frame. Can’t decide whether to go above a 350 cc!

Hey Jennifer! Well I was a 32AA before size 6 top size 8 bottom. I was offered 300, 325 and 350cc. I chose 350cc x I would choose the biggest offered to you even though you want a natural look. Because if you tell mr traynor at your consultationyou are after a natural look he will recommend a size implant which is suitable for your body. I’m glad I didn’t choose a smaller implant as these feel quite small. I’m absolutely over the moon however I’m glad they’re not any smaller! He told me he cannot guarantee a cup size but these should be around a DD/E once dropped. I can’t see them being an E in all honesty I’d say a DD! With you being a C already you already have quite a fair bit of breast tissue I’m guessing so you should be able to do a bigger implant hopefully. It would still look natural as long as u tell him that’s the look ur going for, so he won’t offer u something too big xxxxxx @carol41

And yes @kady that’s what I keep thinking! I won’t lie at first I was disappointed thought wow I thought they’d be bigger than this! However as the hours have passed I am more and more in love! I keep thinking wow I finally have boobs! And they’re just gonna get better over the upcoming weeks! Xxxxxxxxx

That’s confusing! Because at the moment your boobs don’t look like an E cup! I want a D cup max when dropped. Did you say you wanted a DD/E to Mr Traynor? When I say a C cup now, I don’t fill the bra and they are a small size bra range.

No Jennifer not even felt sick or anything to be honest. And he said when they drop they should b around a DD/E. But looking at them I really can’t imagine them being an E even when they’ve dropped so I’d say they will be a DD. And noooo I jus told him I wanted big naturals. Mr traynor is an amazing surgeon would trust him with my life. He’s a man of very few words doesn’t speak much but he is a very skilled knowledgable surgeon. He’s just fab I can’t praise him enough. Your before picture is similar to me now and I’m getting 275 cc unders with mr Traynor on 24th April, but I’m worried I’ll be disappointed like, I’m hoping to achieve a full c small D. But I’m wondering weather 300cc will be better, I don’t know! Don’t want to pay all that money to be disappointed. They look great, glad everything went well for you Vee xx

Hey @georginaa don’t panic the guy is a genius! I was completely flat chested before and I think mine will look a natural size with the 350cc, it’s amazing cause I’ve been so used to having nothing all my life to finally having boobs! What is the biggest size he offered you cause in my opinion I’d take that. It costs a lot of money and also g as your not going TOOOO big for the look you want I’d get the biggest available to you. You have plenty of time to change it to 300 cc ring your pic and change it soon as you can in case they’re awkward about it closer to the time. I had 350 and I don’t feel they’re big at all. (Big compared to normal yes but not like massive) xxxxxxxxx

And as long as your not going too big * bloody iPhones and their typos xxxxxx

But it’s small /natural type of shape and I am over the moon with them. And oh gosh Rebecca How exciting I am so excited for you. It’s the best feeling ever ! Hey @nikki11 how did yesterday go for you lovely? I won’t look now I’ve had my macom on since yesterday and I feel like it’s keeping them in their place I don’t want to take it off as the support from the bra is helping me stay comfortable. I’m scared of taking it off and them hurting as they do feel quite heavy xxxxxxxx we finally did it! We have boobs! Happy healing to you too beautiful xxxxxxx

My macom isn’t tight like it should be so I think I was in fact a 30AA not a 32AA xxxxxxx I was always to embarrassed to get measured xxxxxx
