I’ve seen girls on here, and been told by a nurse than its ok to wear a normal bra from 4-6 weeks. Perhaps you’ll be lucky and be one of the people that are healing really well after an uplift and BA and get to wear a normal bra at 4 weeks. I think i even saw a girl on here go braless at 4 weeks after an uplift. But if your like me you could take a lot longer to heal underneith and its going to take about 8 weeks to heal, maybe even covered completley underneith with plasters still :/ Its hard to tell which your going to be beforehand though.

I’m 4weeks post uplift and BA and there’s no way is go out without a sports bra, with an uplift you defo need to wait the 6 weeks Hun as it’s a much bigger op recovery wise than just a BA. You don’t want them bouncing about or getting knocked babes it’s just not worth the risk xxx

At 2 weeks I went to work and I’m a hairdresser so quite physical work…..I also went bra less for an evening around 3 weeks.it makes me wonder if that’s why I got an infection xxx

Ok thanks ladies! Maybe I could get away with having something covering me up and keeping my sports bra on?? I don’t want to mess it up but I so want this done more than my hen night xxx
