    So ever since my op, I have been thinking there might be a mistake somewhere because I was offered 300/325/350cc and I told my surgeon I would prefer the largest if it fits in. So three sizes were ordered. When I tried the rice sizers on, the 350cc was more noticeable on me, than wearing my heavily padded bras which was what the 300/325 looked like. After my surgery the first thing I asked when I woke up was what size did I have and I was told 350cc, I looked down and it looked small. So I asked again and the surgeon said it was 350cc. I thought, when I take the bandage off , I might see it properly. But 3 days post op, I’m thinking is it really 350cc do I wait for it to drop and fluff, I see other girls a week less post op of 350 and below, it looks bigger than mine. I was 32aa flat pre-op, 4ft11 and 46kg. So would they make such an error, or maybe just wait till my 1 week post op?

    I had 365cc then I got them replaced with 450cc as I wasn’t happy with that size , I didn’t think 350 was big at all I’m 5foot and 7stone7 I don’t think they will of made a error once they are in they look so much smaller 🙁 xxx

    Hi Leila, I got 430cc and I felt the same initially, but they will change so much every day, you really need to give it time. They definitely need to drop and fluff, your muscle, scar tissue and skin will all be really tight right now as well. I always think they look way bigger once the big dressings come off. I had my one week post op appointment today and there is definitely much more boob there than it looked like at first! Not entirely in the right place right now, they are still sitting very high up on my chest, but there is a good shape and volume there! I know it’s hard to be patient when we have put so much into this, emotionally, physically and financially – but I think wait and see how you are looking and feeling once you get to four weeks.

    I do think they look less than 350 but then 350 aren’t big anyway, I would give them time to drop and fluff before worrying though you’re still very early days x

    Thanks girls,
    I’m a bit disappointed that it feels small considering when I was more skinny in the summer I was offered 275cc then I asked for more, when I gained more muscles and thought I could go up to 375cc but my surgeon said he can only put in 350cc and said it might be a struggle. Hence why 3 sizes were ordered. However, I feel, the surgeons determine the size one can get based on their previous experience with someone in similar stats, cause my surgeon was 50/50% not sure he could fit in 350cc without stretching my skin. Then he did eventually and my skin isn’t streched. Anyway, I’m just trying to say that every body is different and it doesn’t mean all petite or slim or tall bodies would or cannot handle different sizes. Most surgeon tend to not want to go up to 400cc for petite girls I think
    Sorry, for rambling, I’m just gutted and hoping I wouldn’t have to do another in the future to change size. Fingers crossed

    I had 350cc unders yesterday, here’s my first pic. They look quite cone-like but I was expecting that from other photos and the breast band pushing it down. I’m sure the surgeons wouldn’t lie to you, I hope you’re happier with the size more over the next few days x

    Hey. 350cc on your frame will look big enough in my opinion. I felt the same for the first few days after my op- that they were not big enough. But once they start to shape they do get bigger. (If the pic uploads this is 1 day after op and then 1 week after op). I’m 5’3, 53kg, size 6 and got 325cc and they are definitely big enough. I’m hoping to be a full D though so perhaps you want bigger? I feel like surgeons tend to know best x

    Also, don’t take your pics laying down. I think that makes them look more flat. X

    Mine got loads bigger as they took shape just wait it out. After a week I tried on my breastfeeding bras that were 34dd and it looked like they fit. Then by 6weeks I was measured as a 34f x x x

    Thanks girls,

    @Sophie
    and Cara yours look more like the size you say, mine whereso small even standing. @ Corrine, I really hope I’m wrong that it’s a 350cc and it would drop and fluff. Maybe because I was totally flat pre-op? Would see. I just wanted a D cup and not too big so I’m not limited to sporting activities . I have my appointment on Friday, so would see what the nurse thinks. Thanks girls. Your replies have been so helpful. Have a lovely Xmas and I would update you with results after my app if any changes. X

    Hiya I’m similar stats to you. I was a 30/32 AA beforehand and I asked for the maximum size and was told 350cc. They looked just like yours to start with then they dropped and fluffed and they felt a lot bigger. I’m a 30DD/E now xx

    Thanks Megan, I think it might be 350cc because I have read more about the drop and fluff effect. So my muscle might be holding tight to my chest. It’s just such a shame that I wasn’t allowed to go bigger beacuse I feel my skin is strechcy enough and would have handled it. I personally think I would achieve a full C or a D after the drop. Moreover, I’m still grateful and happy i did it, as I can now give up heavily padded bras and where certain clothes, feel more like a woman with tithes ???. ATM, sleep is a struggle as my bum hurts alot sleeping elevated on my back. When can one sleep on their side?
