Relax:) you will look amazing. Dr Andrea is a pro… did you read about him from other girls? I have my op exactly a month time and I already know I am in good hands.

    +1

Hi Lisa my worst day in all fairness was the 2nd day I was mostly in discomfort than actual pain. V pillow will be your best friend for two weeks. I swapped to ibuprofen after a week to help reduce the swelling which has helped no end. The itching drove me nuts but it will get less. Ice packs are great if you want them but I didn’t bother. I’m not in any pain at all and wasn’t past 7 days. I’m 3 weeks and 3 day’s post op and I feel fine. Just wake up with slight heavy feeling which it can take up to 8 weeks to get used to but it’s fine after about 15 minutes of being up. It’s all really worth it and I should have the final dressing off on Wednesday so ‘the girls’ will both be dressing free and I can shower again! Yay! That’s been the worst part . Any questions I’m happy to answer xx

Omg poor you still not been able to shower yet ….. I thought you could shower after one week after bandages off etc that will drive me insane ….. are you still sleeping upright ?
I’m more concerned about the pain or heavy feeling people describe …. as I’m worried I will have a panic attack as I’m that kind of Person lol did you feel you couldn’t breath properly at any point ? x

Hi Lisa. The heavy feeling isn’t that bad it’s only because I’m laying flat now. I stopped sleeping upright at 1 week and adjusted to laying flat. Honestly it just feels a little tight because the skin is stretching to accommodate the implants but it’s no problem at all! I’m having my shallow baths and using a damp sponge to clean the boobs but a proper shower is really what I want! Xx
