Any bra recommendations?

Hey girls, I had my 6 week check on Tuesday and all is looking good apart from getting told I’ve been wearing the wrong size bra the last 6 weeks. My surgeon recommended matalan maximum support bras in a bigger back size than I normally wear and to get a D and a DD to allow for swelling. When I went on Tuesday he said they were too small as they’re leaving indentations where the band sits and on my boobs which can damage the implant. So I’ve hunted every website and ordered loads of bras and not a single 1 of them fit my back the way it’s supposed to and my boobs at the same time. Has anyone else had this problem?

Oh no I think I have this problem too 🙁 I’m only 7 days post op and have my check up this evening so il ask then about what I’m supposed to do. I have a feeling mine is digging in so much because of the band I have to wear. It’s so annoying, I hate it! I’m usually a 30e but got 34 d thinking my back size would of increased and to allow swelling so I’m not sure why it’s not fitting correctly other than it being the band x

It’s so hard. I got myself an m&s sports bra, it felt like it fit perfectly. I felt like it was giving me support and the band is lower so doesn’t dig into my incisions. Then it’s suddenly gone too big and I don’t feel like it’s giving me any support at all. It’s driving me mad, I wish the surgeon would just give me a bra to wear. I’m starting to consider getting a macom even tho my surgeon doesn’t like his patients to wear them xx
