I’ve slept on my side since 2 weeks PO and the past week or so I’ve woken up slightly turned on my front. I wear my sports bra so I know they are safe xx

I only slept upright for about four days but stayed on back for six weeks, first couple of weeks with about three pillows.

I’ve been sleeping on my side since three weeks and sometimes slightly roll to my front, I think it’s okay as long as you’re not squishing them. I thought I had to sleep on my back for six weeks but when I looked it up people on other forums were saying as little as two days in some cases, I don’t think I could have kept it up for any longer, was getting hardly any sleep! Xxx
