Anyone started with bigger breasts and had implants??

I’m a 32DD and booked for 350cc overs I don’t know what to expect after surgery regarding size, anyone similar? With before and after pics?

I’m currently a 32D, booked in for surgery for 20th May, I agreed to have 300cc unders however now I’m thinking this may be a little to large for me, going back in a couple weeks for another consultantion to discuss another size.
If your quit large now then you may be looking at very big boobs! What size are you planning to become? and have you booked surgery yet?
