ANYONE WHO HAD THEIR SURGERY MONDAY 6TH JULY AT FITROY

Hey ladies, just wondering any ladies that had their surgery on this date… did you get a card or sticker with implant size on.. how did you go, are your boobs all ok..xxx

Hi Jo, I didn’t have my surgery on that day but I did receive a mentor implant card which says what implants I had. It was inside the massive pamphlet about mentor implants. I’ve seen some of your previous posts, hope you are starting to feel a bit happier hun x

@alysjames Hey hun, thanks for replying… I didn’t get anything, not even a bag for my meds, and because my boobs are not right, I’m wondering if wrong implants have been put in, but I’ve only just found out you were supposed to get a book/sticker etc.. I didn’t a single thing… so makes me even more suss now. xxx

Oh no I can’t believe how this has gone for you! I only knew what implants I had because I dropped the pamphlet and the card fell out, wasn’t actually handed to me. I hope they get this sorted asap for you, its a lot of money and upheaval to not be happy x

Hi Hun, I didn’t have surgery on this day but I did have my surgery at Fitzroy and I got given a card telling me which implants I had inside a book with all the information about them etc. It’s only the size of a credit card maybe smaller and I can’t remember anyone actually pointing out that it was in the book.
I’ve seen some of your posts and really feel for you. I’m feeling a little deflated atm too! I’ve added you hope that okay! Really hope things get sorted for you. I know personally it was such a big decision to have the surgery so I can imagine to not be 100% happy is heartbreaking! Hope things get sorted for you xxxxx

@rjdenton Hey hun, I’ve accepted, don’t mind at all.. I didn’t even get a book, nothing about the mentor, nothing..Ive got a lot of pics on my profile so you can get a better idea of why I’m so upset.. Your right, its a big decision.. Ive had the opportunity in the past, my hubby very supportive, but couldn’t bring myself to spend that sort of money just on me, but I finally did it, and its not right.. I’m devo.. fingers crossed they will sort it.. I’m defo going to give them every opportunity.. Hope your doing ok, not in too much discomfort. xxxxx

I had the book and card given to me. I think I saw somewhere else you have written that he didn’t even draw on u before the op. You should defo bring this up at your appointment. I’m going on the 15th Aug and have a few things to ask about aswell. Hope your ok. Xxx

@gems2015 Hey hun how you doing? Yeah it seems something just not right about the whole thing, didn’t get a book nothing when I left. Really disappointed with the whole thing. Wearing 36B sports bras, thats the only size that fits firm enough. how you feeling about yours now.. I”m going in to see the nurse on Friday so she can check one of my incisions that hasn’t healed like the other, so they are gonna get measurements, photos etc to send to surgeon, then I have an appointment to see him on September 2nd. Have a look at my pics on profile, dunno how different they are to you. Been wondering how you been doing hun.. nice to hear from you xxxxx

@ellechick Hey hun, by the sounds of it, we were suppose to get some sort of card/stickers in booklet with the size etc, description of mentor implants etc… I didn’t get anything.. not a happy bunny, something else not right for me..xxxx

Hey jo 🙂 after my surgery today I got a Mentor booklet and stickers with bar codes on with my implant sizes etc. My nurse said it’s VERY important I don’t lose it as it’s like their insurance or something like that. I’d be very concerned if I didn’t recieve that! Have you contacted them about it? Xxx I hope it all gets sorted for you soon!

Hi Jo, my surgery was beginning of July and I was given a booklet about my exact implants and a bag of meds with a form. Did you not get anything at all?? :s xx

@msxxx hey Hun, no didn’t get anything, not even a bag for my meds, just the 2 boxes.. Seeing the nurse tomo so gonna be firing away! Hey Hayley, thanks Hun, but will hopefully gonna get answers tomo ???
