Areola reduction

Does anyone know if I would need a second surgeon consultation to discuss areola reduction or I would just be able to ask on the day ? And also is there an extra cost or is it covered , I have paid already for full uplift and enlargement

I have also read when having an uplift they reduce the areola anyway which would be fine xxxx

I’m having a lift, implants and reduction and it was all within the price, not sure if you’ve had them done already? Hope it went well if so x
