Has anyone taken arnica after surgery? I’m a week PO and still quite swollen having to ice a lot and just wondered if its worth taking these now or its to late and just let it go down naturally??? X
I took arnica for the first few days after my surgery and i felt like it really helped with the swelling and bruising 🙂 ! Altho im not sure if it would be worth taking it a week after. Maybe speak to ur doctor xxx
Yeah it’s been 8 days now so not sure if it’s pointless. Yeah my strapping came off yesterday they swelled a little after but still feel swollen and hard snd ice hasn’t reduced it much xxx
