Arnica – dosage

Hey girls,

My op is Tuesday I’m wondering what dosage you was advise to take pre op of arnica.

I can’t rember what my nurse said, and also how many days prior did you start taking? X

@mjinks03 hi. I’ve been advised to take the tablet form of Arnica 2 days before surgery. I’ve bought the tablets but only quickly read the recommended dosage which i think is 6 tablets per day. I bought mine from Holland and Barrett.

I was advised not to take anything prior to my op but I guess it is all different for each surgeon x

I was advised by my nurse to take 7 days prior and 7 days after but not on the day of surgery. I’ve just bought ones from Boots.
