Wanted to create a thread or WhatsApp group for people having surgery in August? I’m booked in end of Aug in Preston with Dr Mounir

This may be a random question but when can we swim after surgery. I was hoping to swim 4 weeks post surgery. That seems to be the suggested time. What do people think?
