Anyone on here managed to literally ‘just’ avoid an uplift and the outcome still be really good? I’m worried with the thin skin and the amount of skin that i will be left unhappy still…. results if any ladies have any ????

Hey Hun, I’m doing the same research actually. I haven’t had an appointment yet so I’m not even sure if I’ll have to have one or not. If you go on to Giannitrapani website there’s plenty of examples on there of women that got away with not having a lift and they also look great x

I was told by one surgeon I needed an uplift and another said maybe one side but there would only be 1 cm different so it really wouldn’t be worth the extra money or scarring.
To be honest I thought I would defo need one.
But I’ve had them done no uplift, for the first few weeks I was worried about how high up which is daft considering I was so worried about them being saggy. I’m 6 weeks PO Wednesday, they are softer and have dropped a bit nothing that concerns me although I have been wearing my sports bra 24/7 as I’m determined to look after them so they don’t drop too much.
I finally got measured today, woop woop, I was a 34B if I was lucky and now I’m either a 32E or 34DD.
I had 360cc, HP overs which was bigger than originally planned but the surgeon decided to go bigger whilst doing the surgery as he needed to fill the loose skin. It’s the best thing I ever did, I now have great looking boobs instead of bits of saggy skin that I hated & was embarrassed off .
I’ve added a before pic and a couple of 3 week PO pics so you can see the results I’ve got, hope it helps!

I am considering going ahead without a lift too. I need to double check with my surgeon again soon.

Hi kay76 mine are kind of like yours, just so much loose skin where I lost weight and used to have bigger boobs… what surgeon did you use in the end as ms lutz never memotioned any uplift until my second consultation as id lost 3 pounds in 2 and a half weeks and it affected my boobs (don’t know how) I’m a bit smaller than you I’m a 32b and I’m not aloud to go big at all as my skin is so thin and would cause rippling… I’m having ultra high 215 or 240 cc depending on how much skin there is to fill and I’m having partials, my op is in 8 days 🙂 can’t wait even though ms lutz said not to lose any more weight as don’t want time be told I need an uplift on the day but can’t see my boobs changing in 8 days. Thanks for reassuring me xx

My surgeon isn’t with mya, he’s independent. I saw a few surgeon before I decided, I was in a similar position as you told I had to have overs as I had no fat on my chest and very strong chest muscles from weight lifting.
The surgeon also said there may be some rippling but so far I’ve not noticed any 🙂
The way I see it is anything has to be better than what I was stuck with beforehand, I read about boob greed, but it’s not happened for me, I couldn’t look at them to begin with as they looked so weird but I also knew I had to be patient and wait for them to settle. I’m just happy to have normal boobs again as my old ones were making me so miserable. Trust your surgeon, they’re the experts and have done the op loads of times, it’s they’re craft so they’ll want to do the best job they can so you tell everyone how fantastic they are.
Good Luck, I’ll look forward to hearing how you get on!

Thanks hun, my boobs are really achey right now and I’ve literally just come off my period so find that odd, but I have achey back too and I do think it’s my mattress that needs changing as I’ve had many rough sleeps!
