Hey guys, I’m a competitive horse rider and probably ride 6 days a week.
I’m looking into having a breast augmentation and I was wondering if anyone knew how soon you can ride following it?
I expect the standard 6 weeks off & I know everyone is different!
If anyone else has had a similar experience or knows this, please let me know!!!

    Thanks xx

Hey I have two horses and my surgeon said I can get back after two weeks! But I’m going to give it the 6 weeks as it’s going to be a high impact on the boobs and I don’t want to risk it!
I may return riding one of them (the sane one????) just in walk next week x

Do you feel ready? Or is it still really sore? So nervous & the length I need off will affect my decision!! Xx

I ride competitively too and have 20+ horses here.
My PS said 12 weeks! I rode at 4 weeks – but only light hacking and only the quiet ones, that are light in the hand.
