    Whenever I call the Fitzroy clinic no one answers. Has anyone else had this problem?

    My payment consultant or nurse will get in touch regarding an action or info they need from me immediately and ask me to get back to them and they say “just call me or text me”. After I’ve sorted it I call, text, email, call again, email again… and it goes on and on with no one responding. Then I get auto-text prompts “you are at risk of losing your surgery date…” etc. And so the process of me trying to speak to someone (anyone!) goes on. No one understands the word urgent, and no one cares. I haven’t spoken to my payment consultant since I paid the deposit, I had to pay the rest of my fee with the call centre.

    Does anyone have any advice? My surgery is on Wednesday, I’ve paid in full and I have no confidence that this is genuinely going to go ahead because of all the problems I’ve had so far! Very worried patient :S

    Hello. Was it okay in the end? I am having exactly the same struggle, mine being on tuesday but heard absolutley nothing x
