Before & After – 195cc unders

HI All,

Thought I would post a before and after picture of my outcome so far. I was given the choice of 185cc, 195cc and 210cc. On the day of surgery, my surgeon started off with the middle sized implant and would then see how much room he had to play with (i.e. if he could fit the bigger implant in). We ended up going for the 195cc as I am too petite for the bigger size, I also wanted unders. I am very petite and wanted something as natural as possible and was just so worried about the sizing being wrong. I am 8 days post-op today and so far I am happy with the results. They are still swollen around the top of the breast and are still pretty much under my chin (can’t wait for the swelling to die down and for the dropping and fluffing to kick in). I found it very difficult trying to find before and after pics of people who went for the smaller sized implants so thought this post might be helpful for a number of people similar to me.

P.S. I had my surgery with Spire not MYA 🙂

You look fantastic Lucy! Thanks so much for posting. I am having smaller implants too (250cc). It’s really helpful to see photos of smaller sizes.

What’s your stats Lucy? They look as if you were born with them!

I’m 5.5ft and weigh roughly 53kg. The last time I got measured for cup size was around 5 years ago, I was told I was a 30/32A or possibly even AA (can’t quite remember).

And thanks, wish I was, could have saved myself £7k ! Can’t wait to see my final result

Lucy omg they are gorgeous! I am looking for implants on the smaller size too so this has been really inspiring to see. Do you have an Instagram account where you’re documenting your journey?? X
