    What can I do to help with the bloating? I’m resting and eating but I have bloated up a lot x

    I bloated so bad I looked 6 month pregnant this is no joke either I’m 3 week post op Monday and it’s only just starting to go back to normal I tried all sorts nothing worked 🙁

    Peppermint tea is good and try using paracetamol instead of cocodamol xx

    I was so bloated ???? I go to the gym 4 times a week and I had no waist at all, I started to think I’d put on weight because I’d not been to the gym lol, it’s just going away and I’m 13 days po. I tried allsorts and nothing worked, just try drinking loads of water to flush it out xx

    I’m day 2 post op and look about 4 months pregnant too. And the funny thing is my mum complimented me on my weight loss as I was changing for surgery before my op.
    I’m trying to drink lots of water and eat an anti inflammatory diet to help with it all. Already feeling generally uncomfortable but happy with that as the pain is nowhere near what I expected.

    I tried peppermint tea and fresh lemon in a juice infuser bottle today and it’s calmed mine a little. I feel as soon as I eat again it might flare up though xx
