Hi Rosie, good luck for the surgery! ☺️ I’m 2 weeks post op from uplift and implants. Make sure you get a v pillow for sleeping, some straws so drinking water becomes easier, some ducolax may be needed as the medication can make you constipated and bloated which hurt me more than my boobs lol! Lots of high protein food, come button up pyjamas will come in handy, some wet wipes as you won’t be able to shower for some time and dry shampoo if you need that. I can’t think of anything else right now but if I do I’ll add it! To prepare just make sure you rest a lot as you’ll be shattered after and that you have things you’ll need at easy access as you won’t be able to reach for much. Do you have someone that will be helping you out post op? Xx

I had straws and they were a god send! No I hadn’t seen anything about him before I had my op but I think it may be because he’s newish to Mya.. I think he was at his own clinic before then ☺️ Aw that’s really lucky, she’ll be able to spot anything early then and help ease any worries you get because i did a lot if I’m honest! I’m feeling really good, I had my first day back yesterday. I’m just still super tired ? I still have one side a bit more swollen then the other but other than that their actually perfect. My boyfriend says Marcellino is an artist ? haha they look so natural and I just love my cleavage already! Xx

They look amazing! Super natural. If mine are anything like yours I’ll be sooo happy. Glad to hear your healing’s going well – I know I’m such a worrier I think I’ll be crazy paranoid over every lump and bump! Hopefully my mum can calm me down…lol at your bf – mine actually said the same when I showed him some pics on the mya instagram! Thanks so much for all the info – and it’s great to hear from someone who had Mr Marcellino with such great results 🙂 let me know how you get on as the final swelling goes down! Xxx

Hi! I had a reduction and uplift and I am not 17 days post op and I honestly feel great. Hibi scrub is good to us to shower with the morning of your surgery, it helps to prevent infections. A ‘V’ pillow has also been the best purchase since coming home as I had to sleep at a 45 degree angle and it stopped me rolling onto my side when I was sleeping. I was mostly worried about the pain but I haven’t really had any, other than trying to do too much moving not too soon, but getting up and being active made me feel so much better! Only in the past couple of days since having the bandages removed have I noticed the amount of swelling and I was a bit worried but it’s completely normal, I just stress over the little things…. ? good luck! Xx

Hi hun – thanks so much for the Hibiscrub tip – I’d never heard of it before but will 100% be getting it! Glad to hear your healing well and haven’t been it too much pain. It’s really hard to know what to expect never having any kind of surgery before so it’s really reassuring to hear from girls who have been through it. I’m such a stress head and I always focus on the horror stories so it’s great to hear you’re doing well :). Hope you’re happy with the results even though it’s early days! xx

Im 11days post op defo recommend v pillow and some frozen bags of peas for after works a treat for swollen burning boobies. A button up shirt as you wont be able to lift your arms, wetwipes for under your arms, a under arm wax before. Dont be too nervous its not as bad as you think and so worth it. X
