Borderline lift – 350cc HP overs

Hi ladies,

I’ve booked my BA for 27th Feb, despite being told I’m borderline mastopexy I refused as I could have them without. I’m having 350cc HP overs and am currently an empty 36C (photos attached)

Has anyone got similar breast to be before and had 350CC HP overs and are happy without lift?

Hi I’m much more flat than you but the shape is the same and I’m having 350cc overs too! My surgery isn’t until February though. my surgeon did say to me about a lift in the future but he said not to bother now because he can give the illusion of a lift with the implant alone and that all the scarring around the nipple wouldn’t be worth it. I didn’t even know this but apparently my breasts are very mildly tubular where I have literally no upper pole fullness at all and the little volume I do have is only at the bottom

Mine also said the same, or he said I could have it now if I wanted to. I’m hoping that 350cc is large enough to fill my boobs out as needed, that’s why I’m a little concerned. Also concerned that they will ripple because my boobs are sooo soft to poke lol!

I haven’t done much research on Tuberous breasts, however mine are full at the bottom only too as you can see!

What date is your surgery? X

I think if you had tuberous breasts your surgeon would’ve said so I wouldn’t bother looking into it! I’m going to have a second consultation with my surgeon because like I said I had no idea I even had tuberous breasts until he said and now I’ve done a lot of research online and on this forum, I have a lot more questions.

I’m concerned about rippling too!!! I sooooo wanted to go under the muscle because I don’t have much tissue and was scared of rippling but apparently to correct the shape, overs are the best option for me. Glad the recovery will be easier but rippling is a massive concern because i have quite thin skin. Are you having smooth or textured implants? I’m not sure which I’m having as my surgeon didnt say but I’m going to ask him about textured as they ripple less apparently.

I’m having surgery in February and been offered a lift and so stuck on wether to get one, I’ll attach a pic of my before I’m having 350cc overs and didn’t think I’d need a lift. It’s an extra £1000 and I really don’t want the scar I’m scared to have the lift then again scared to pay all the money and not get a lift and not like them. Please help with any before and after similar to mine

My boobs are very similar to yours, if anything mine are maybe a little more droopy lol and my surgeon said the implants alone would be fine so long as I had overs!

You’re are very similar to mine! I personally looking at yours think you will be fine without a lift. When are you booked in for?

I suppose if the surgeon is willing to do it without a lift it will be absolutely fine as they wouldn’t want to ruin their reputation.

I spoke to my consultant today who said that my surgeon is using Mentor co. II textured implants in 350cc. Co. II are firmer so hoping this will hold them up into the shape I want them! Xx

These are my boobs now, the angle makes them look more uneven than they are lol they’re not lopsided or anything in person but my right breast (left on screen) is slightly larger than the other. I think it’s just more apparent because I have such little breast tissue though, my surgeon doesn’t see the need to put two different size implants in

I genuinely think just implants on yours will look fine too, yours are pretty much the exact same as mine (mine just look wider). My photo makes mine look lopsided/more uneven than they are too.

Tbh I think whatever will be done will be a massive improvement than how they are now, I’ve literally never taken a photo of my boobs before until earlier today to post those pictures. I hate them so much, I can’t wait for surgery!! Mine is 26th February, can’t come soon enough lol, when is yours??

Also have you done any prep yet? I’m thinking of buying my Macom soon and some button up pjs etc as all the clothing i own is pretty much pull on stuff so won’t be suitable for the beginning stages of recovery whilst I can’t lift my arms lol

I know exactly how you feel, honestly! And mine is the 27th, so the day after you!!!

I haven’t yet, I’m gonna buy my macom bra soon I just don’t know which one yet! Do you know which one you’ll be getting? I also only have pull on stuff, so I’ll probably get some joggers and a dressing gown to go home in lol! X

I’m going to get the signature bra as recommended by my surgeon but going to wait until my second consultation with him before I choose a size because he recommended a medium which is a 34 back size but on the Macom website it says to buy what your back size is now and I’m a 30! Which would make me an extra small, but I’m thinking maybe get the small to play it safe or ask my surgeon if theres a reason he suggested medium lol x

Hey hun, have yous gone for the lift then or not? I’ve ended up paying for the lift too I think if I’m paying the rest of the money just going to take the plunge and pay the rest so there perfect! I’ve spoke to a few people who were borderline lift and some refused and 3 years down the line there boobs have dropped slightly and they wished they got the lift. You can get it done at a later date but it costs more so may as well get it done now. My surgery is 23rd feb I can’t wait!! Bought my pillows, some straws and ice packs so far. Have my pre opp on Monday and she will size me up for my MACOM bras xxx

I didn’t go for the lift as my surgeon advised against it because he said the scarring etc wouldn’t be worth it at this stage, but that I’ll probably need a lift in the future. I’m trying to get a second consultation booked in with him as I have more questions about the exact implant type that will be used etc so I’ll discuss my boobs with him again then, but tbh I probably won’t bother going for the lift. When my implants need replacing after I have kids etc, I will probably get a lift then.

Every surgeon is different though so if yours feels like you’ll get a better result with a lift then go for it!! I’m having the same size implants as you and I’m going over the muscle too x

Hi girls . I am booked in on Monday (2 days yikes ) I am having 350cc over. I was told I am grade 1 sagging and borderline mini lift but have decided against it . I am 9st 5 ft 5 and a 33/34 b .. but very empty due to breastfeeding. I decided against under the muscle due to being a gym junkie and I work a lot on my upper body – I’m scared of the deformity I may get by going under. I have been told they will look more fake due to going round and higher chance of rippling but still think this is what I’m going to do ! Will keep you updated ! If anyone has any last min pics they can share would massively appreciate seeing some one similar. Have attached my pic xxx

Tash are you happy with your results? I have just had a consult and been told the surgeon may recommend an uplift as we. My circs are very similar to yours, breastfeeding and a gym bunny.

Have said that under the muscle is better and holds them in place more? I can’t temper why the surgeon is told me to have over? What did your surgeon say? Hope your surgery has gone well and you are recovering well? X
