I’m only two days post op but the feeling of taking my MACOM off is just amazing, and releases so much pressure. How often are you allowed to take your bra off and have a break/ how long for.. and can I take these stockings off yet although they say 5 days I swear they’re digging in more than doing any good haha! X
I only kept my stockings on for 48hrs and was such a relief to take them off 🙂 after the first week I was allowed to go bra free for one hour a day, until 7 weeks X hope your feeling ok x
I felt the exact same! So at my 1 week post op I asked my nurse and she told me she didn’t mind me having a half an hour break from my Macom/sports bra x
I’m struggling so so much. I know it’s meant to keep you supported and things but I have to keep having like a 5/10 minute break every couple of hours. Especially when I wake up in the morning .. I hope I’m not doing them any harm – my left is seriously hurting more so it’s such a relief when I have the odd break xxxx
