Hi wore a bra tonight for the first time. Got measured and the bra felt fine. Well been in agony . The bra has left marks all over me and in between boobs looks like it’nmay blister where I’m so sore. Has anyone else had this from a bra. I’m so Upset as spent so much money on two bras. They are under wired. Don’t know what to do now x

Hi Georgia, there’s a chance you may just not be ready for a structured bra yet, 10 weeks is still very early on do you feel like they have fully softened yet or are they still quite firm?
Some girls are really lucky and seem to head straight into the drop and fluff stage once the swelling has gone down and allthough they may still have big changes to go through they do have very soft breasts at 6 weeks, for others it can take months, also if you have one that has settled more quickly than the other (sorry i cant tell from your image as it’s too close up) and it’s caused them to be un-even at the moment that would cause discomfort and it might just be a case of it catching up, it does look like your bandsize could have been a bit more generous though, where did you get measured?
P.s, at this stage it’s allways best to keep receipts and tickets on and actualy decide if a bra does fit well by trying it on for a while at home, lots of bras may be comfortable in a shop for 5 mins but after half an hour cause pain, also your cup size could still change in the coming months so allthough it’s really hard to resist splurging out on new underwear it is better to avoid over spending at this stage and splurge once your nearer the 6 month stage xxx

Hi , I do feel sore still. One side was hard to get in as was a replacement and my scar is still lumpy. My surgeon said they woukdnt drop anynore as had to stick inside as well so not sure if I will have drop and fluff. They feel softer but prob not as soft as they can get. I think it was the wires that rubbed me it felt like I had wire suffocating my chest. Maybe I am just not ready as you say. My sports bra feels like heaven today. I got measured in Boux avenue. The lady said she could get two fingers in the band at my back and it did look a really good fit. Just now seems to tight underneath but cups look perfect. I feel so sore between boobs today like I’m bruised. Guess I will return the one with tags on and hopefully be able to wear the other one soon. Your right I shouldn’t of rushed in to buying two. Was just so happy to finally get a bra at 9 weeks that looked so nice I brought two ha ha . This has been one hell of a journey for me love hate relationship with them as well x

I’m the same I got measured there at a 30ff but i feel like it’s bruising the tops of my ribs so I got another bra at a 32 and went down a cup and although they are more squashed( I don’t mind the cleavage look) it feels much better but it still hurts a bit I’ve gone back to my non wired bra which is so comfy! Xx

I got measured at a 32dd which I was shocked at as I still feel small. I think maybe i need a 34. I emailed boux avenue and sent them pictures. Let’s see what they say . Least I can return one still . Maybe in time I maybe able to wear it. I can’t even touch the area today it’s so sore x

I’m back in my sports bra. Feels so comfy. Will try bra again in a month or so. The wire actually felt like it was cutting in me last night. Never been in so much discomfort from a bra. Guess even at 10 weeks we still early days x

Hi Hun, the central gore looks too high for you, try a different style bra that does come up so high. Also usually marks like that on the band are actually the cup size too small. Sounds crackers but the band and the cup are relative to each other xx
