What is the best bra toget for after surgery? Do I need to sleep in a bra?

Yes you’ll need to sleep in your bra for 6 weeks. I would recommend getting the Macom signature bra, they’re good because all you need is your band size and the cup material just stretches to whatever size you are after your op. You get a discount through MYA as well if you’re with them. You can probably get cheaper post-op/compression bras in other places like M&S and I know some girls on here have brought their’s from places like Asda, but personally I would go with Macom xxx

I am 3 months PO and still sleeping in my macoms. I brought my band size as recommended but found them much too tight when I was swollen after surgery so had to buy some emergency bigger ones on amazon prime! The macoms are definitely the most supportive and comfortable when everything is settled so maybe consider either buying two different sizes or a cheaper option for short term after op? The ones I brought on amazon were yianna? Something like that, I’ve seen them mentioned on here before, they were comfortable but nowhere near as good as the macoms
