BREAST UPLIFT WITH IMPLANTS – BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS?

Hi everyone!

I’m going to have a breast uplift without implants, however I am 19 and i’m worried whether this will affect me when I have kids in the future, would it be better to have implants so they don’t sag again?

Also if anyone has any before and after pictures that would be great as i’m struggling to find some on here.

Hi Tyra, I’m 6 days post op so don’t have any good before and after photos as they’re currently still all bandaged up but from what I can see I’m over the moon! My surgeon was very honest and told me that my breasts in the worst case could sag again due to many things like pregnancy and weight fluctuations and implants wouldnt stop this from happening as an implant would just add extra weight to the breasts. Hope this helps a little x

Hi Miranda! Thanks so much for answering and I’m glad everything went well. I have my consultation in a few weeks so haven’t managed to ask the questions about the possibilities of future sagging. I’ve sent a friend request, would be great if I can talk with you about the uplift!

Hi Ladies – I too was recommended to get an uplift without an implant. I was a bit disappointed at first, but thought it best to take the doctors suggestion ‘re future sagging etc. My surgery is scheduled for 22 May..eek! I’m excited, but at the same time, nervous as to what to expect as I have not seen many photo results for uplift without the implant.

Miranda – any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Most importantly whether you are happy with your results. Happy recovery! Xx

Hi Julie, yeah me too! In fact I cried when my surgeon told me but I totally understood his reasons.
Thank you! I’ve got my post op tomorrow where I’ll hopefully get to see them for the first time without any bandages but from what I can see so far I’m honestly so happy with them. Ive been really lucky and haven’t been in any pain whatsoever from day 1, just discomfort if anything.
My only advice would be to be prepared to swell and bloat and to buy some type of laxative as the pain killers don’t help that department haha xxx

Hey, I’m 3 weeks post op now but the attached photo is at 2 weeks.
Next appointment tomorrow to have the dressings removed.
I had 300cc under muscle, with uplift and areola reduction!
So happy with the results so far

I’m so excited about my op it’s like Christmas as a child. I have my pre op tomorrow in Newcastle and my surgery is scheduled for July 11th with Dr Trainor in Preston. I’m having the uplift without implants as the Dr said mine would just sag again in a few years. I had lovely boobs before having my girls and I just want them back. I’m currently wearing a 32 D/34 C bra (whichever I find most comfortable when purchasing) as my shape is tubular with excess skin. I can’t wear most bras as I fall out of the top, through the middle or end up with a four boob situation going on.

I had Uplift and implants (300/350cc)
I asked for a DDcup but barely a c cup.

I would always choose to have implants as i like the shape of them, some women have more than enough tissue that they would prefer a really natural shape which is great as were all individuals and all want different things. But I have had a mastopexy with implants and I am so so glad I have had them as it’s given me fullness and shape at the top which my natural saggy things I had before never would have given me. Whilst I’m young as well I want them to look as full and perky as possible ???? .. I’m only 4DPO but I’m so excited to see what they look like. If you look after them too I wouldn’t worry about dramatic sagging. They’re going to sag over time no matter what happens babes regardless of if you have surgery or not so just go for it, go with your gut and speak to your surgeon. I had an uplift with 400 cc mod plus implants 10mths ago. After debating it for 10yrs it was the best thing I’ve ever done.

ROSVG This sounds really strange coming from a woman but your boobs look really good. I’m on my way for a consultation for the same thing and if I come out at the end of it with my boobs looking like yours I will be a very happy woman. Looking great ?

Very sorry to trouble you my lady hates her boobs so much and would like them up lifted she’s 34d and said if this surgery is done it will change her life and confidence. Could I just ask s rough price range please as I would love to this for a Valentine’s day gift thank you

Hi I know you posted this a while ago. My boobs look like yours Pre op. When you saw 2 weeks post were u concerned? 10wks post they look amazing. Did u have any problems? Also I’m so nervous could you give me some advice maybe on surgeon you had? Was it London? And how much ? Thank you

I look just like you in your pre-op. I ordered 275. I hope I look like this after op. This is amazing!
