Can skin pigmentation problems be corrected through a facelift?

Hi. I am considering a facelift procedure in Solomon Facial Plastic,Toronto. I have loose and saggy skin which is the most obvious sign of aging. Can it be reduced on undergoing this procedure.? Can skin pigmentation problems be corrected through a facelift? Kindly advise
