can you have unders with tubular shaped breast????????

Had my consultation with mr singh last week and we decided i would need 525cc implants and that he would put them in on overs but after thinking about that and researching i think they would droop and sag in time and dont really want that so wondering if he can put them in under the muscle with this shaped breast any input helpfull
