Closed rhinoplasty advice!

I’m currently in the process of arranging consultations etc… I was just curious as I only wish to have the bump on the bridge of my nose removed with no alteration of the tip. Is closed rhinoplasty usually cheaper? As I won’t have alar base reduction too? I know every procedure is different just trying to get a rough idea 🙂

I had rhinoplasty about 3 weeks ago now with mya and you will most likely be recommended a closed rhino which is cheaper than open but its around 4 thousand ish!
