Could this be bottoming out / symmastia / over dissection? X

Hi ladies, 5 weeks post op, got my 6 week check with nurse next week..
I’m just wondering if this could be any of the above?
I know people say be patient one has not dropped as much but seeing other pictures of bottoming out I really think they look very similar where one lays lower than the other and nipple pointing slightly upwards compared to the other?
Any advice or anyone that has had this or knows about it would be so much appreciated.

Hi hun, with Symmastia the skin on your sternum would have lifted and there would be no definition whatsoever between your breasts making them turn into one boob. There is a chance that your boobs are just naturally close together like mine but go to your nurse and surgeon to confirm this. Your surgeon will compare your before pictures and your six week pictures to determine the answer. Even at 5 weeks you still have a long way to go in terms of them dropping and fluffing. They won’t be the final product at 6 weeks, it can take up to 6 months. X

@destijl my boobs are naturally close , they were before.. Will have to ask nurse next week see what she says.
I just can’t see how my left boob (on the photo) will drop to match the right as the creases are in different places x x

@khutchinson Right now you will be stressed about it but once you have been to the nurse and surgeon you will feel better. Also I’ve only just started properly loving my boobs and I am 5 months post op. I can guarantee you will feel much better about them in time. Everyone goes through this stage.

Can I just say how amazing your boobs look! I must be really unobservant as to me they look perfect and I’ll be over the moon if mine look anything like yours do! What size were you and what CC? xx

@destijl I know I’m just worrying at the min as I think they’re pretty much healed and just can’t see how they can change. Nurse said we’ll have a look at my appointment but she can’t see anything wrong from the picture..
Aww thank you @aimeestrawberry I do love them it’s just the one on the right (on the picture) is much lower than the left can you see? The incision areas are at different levels on each boob and I want them
Sit at the same level.. I had 325cc and would say I was a size B xxx

@khutchinson I honestly think that your boobs are just close together. I think they look great tbh. You will feel better once the nurse has told you that 🙂 x

My boobs are naturally close @destijl @charlottelily93 I don’t mean this, I like that they’re so close.. It’s the boob on the right on the picture which is lower than the other, looks like it’s bottomed out? Xxx

it is too difficult to tell from the picture unfortunately hun. Keep us updated once you’ve seen your nurse x
