I’m currently at 32DD and after weight loss my boobs are grade 1 saggyness, not major but getting uplift to bring them up and in. I’ve booked with Dr Netri and he’s recommended 350cc overs but I’ve seen other people with this size and they look huge. I’m only a size six and don’t want to look to big, ideally I want 32E.

    Is 350cc to big?

Did you tell dr Netri the size you wanted to go to? Everyone is different… my friend had 300cc and went from an A to a DD. I had 365cc in my B breast and I think I’ll be a D. I had Dr Netri and my size looks spot on to what I asked for so far xxx

I was exactly the same and I spent hours on here looking at photos of people who had the implant sizes I did… they all looked different and had different results haha! From the reviews I’ve read on here he is very good at getting your size right. Plus, with the uplift, you will lose some skin too. If you are worried, just mention this to him on the day and he will put your mind at ease. I’m 10 day post op and mine are the size I wanted. It’s hard not to worry though!! You will be absolutely fine, Best decision I’ve ever made already! X

Hey Charlotte did you have an uplift too? Just wondering about the scars. How do they look, are you still glad you had the lift even though you have the extra scarring?

    Hi Lottie.,

I am currently 12 days post op so have only seen my incisions once. The one time I did see them they looked neat and obviously haven’t healed fully or faded yet but I have never been happier in terms of my boobs.

Even if the scars didn’t fade, I don’t think I’d care! I was so unhappy before and it had got to the point where I wouldn’t have shown them to anyone anyway, I couldn’t wear backless dresses or swimwear without any support or padding and now I can dress how I want without worrying about finding a bra!

I had full anchor lift and I’ve no regrets at all, it’s amazing what a difference it makes. I understand people worry about the scarring but scars do fade and I think it’s worth it!

    🙂 x

    Hi ladies
I’ve just started to think about surgery and went to MYA manchester for consulation – not seen surgeon. I am also a 32DD (one side probably a D) now and need an uplift – weight loss and training has just ruined my boobs. They mentioned inplant to fill out the skin as I’m mostly skin not much tissue I believe! I am also worried I’ll end up with massive boobs – I’m quite happy with my size now for my frame – size 10, I was an E cup prior to training. I was trying to look on website at pics but most seem smaller than me at the start. I’m also worried about potential sagging in time with having an implant as I imagine they will be quite heavy and don’t want to end up back in same position in like 5 years time! But they also explained without the implant my boobs could be quite small by time took some skin away – which I also don’t want lol!

@halbie Hi Helen, your situations sounds very similar to me before I had my BA. Due to going to the gym and losing weight my boobs did the exact same as yours.

Again I felt the same in the sense that I liked my new smaller frame and my aim was never to have massive boobs, I just wanted them perky.

I had an uplift, under the muscle with 350cc HP. I was a 32 c / empty 32 D. I was really flat at the top of my breast, even when I wore push up bras I wasn’t getting that ‘round look’.

As like you I had a lot of skin and not a lot of tissue which is why I had to go under the muscle. I was terrified they would be to big but I’m currently 11DPO, majority of my swelling has gone down and currently wearing a 32DD post op bra.

Any questions feel free to ask!

Thanks Rheanna – does the surgeon decide if it unders or overs – depending on your tissue/skin etc,. I’m ok in a push up bra – boobs look ok but as soon as it’s off – not so great lol! did you use MYA Rheanna?
Faye – waht size have you ended up after surgery? I look quite similar to your before pics? And Faye who did you use?

Hi , I just had my uplift and implants yesterday after having my old ruptured implants removed for three months , obviously I’m all taped up , my surgeon Mr Kazzazi doesn’t use tight bandages so I can’t see what size I’ll be because my are so wide and swollen with just the top of my nipples out at the moment. I was according to Mr Kazzazi an empty c/d and Iv chosen 450cc moderate + profile and there partially under the muscle. I had the same 7 years ago but 505cc , I chose slightly smaller as I new I’d be having skin removed anyway so would be tighter and perkier. He said I should be an e/f which is fine by me and last time I was ff/g but didn’t look as big as someone with that size natural boobs. I think because you already have space to fill , a larger implant is not only more necessary but doesn’t look as big as someone who started with small breasts. I’ll try and upload a pic but never done it before. X also I had the full anchor lift .
