Currently a saggy 34d with no volume at the top and quite asymmetrical. Ideally I’d love to have an uplift and implants to correct this but having read lots of posts on this forum I know many have been turned down from having implants due to amount of breast tissue or told to split it in to 2 surgeries. I have a consultation booked in for the end of this month with the surgeon and am worrying in case this is also my only options as I’m really unsure if I’ll be happy with just the uplift. Does anyone have before and after photos of just the uplift with similar bra size to me

Hi love, so I was a 32c sometimes D depending on the bra but very deflated after having my kids! I’m now 2dpo after having and uplift and smaller implants…I had 220 and 240 as mine were asymmetrical! I never wanted massive boobs my goal was just rounder perkier boobs! My doctor also took out quite a bit of my breast tissue too I think so make sure they don’t sag underneath the implant! Hope this gives you hope xx

Hi Casey, thank you so much for replying. What surgeon did you go with if you don’t mind me asking? I’m exactly the same, it’s not about size for me either, just want some volume and perkiness. I guess surgeons know best but I’m just going to have to keep my fingers crossed that they agree with me xx

Hi @mirandamilburn ! I am in a similar situation, had my hopes up on what I wanted to achieve, I am a 34 D/ 34DD I have lost volume in the top and they are quite low unfortunately, I wanted to go to an E cup. I’m only 24 so there is no option for me but to have a lift!
I have seen 4 surgeons so far and had a phone call/email consultation with a surgeon. Two refused surgery and told me because I have breast tissue I will always have saggy heavy breasts, another surgeon suggested an uplift only however I could lose some of the size and another surgeon said he would do an uplift with the smallest implant so I can achieve the look I want. Now I’m wondering why one of them said he would use implants if the others said no!
It’s so fustrating, I understand it it just makes me
    Have no hope : (
Did you want to go much bigger? And which surgeons have you Or are you going to see? Xxx

Exciting but I am very nervous! I am going with Dr Kazzazi who does it under moonlight sedation. I spoke to several different surgeons, and all said same. Dr Kazzazi said he could put the 425cc in but I would then need the uplift in a couple of years and wouldn’t be happy with the outcome of them xx

Hi Katie, I’ve only had my initial consultation with my Pc but I’m booked to see Mr Traynor tomorrow after being recommended by a few of my friends. I’ve waited almost three weeks and constantly searched through this forum looking for woman who already have a good amount of breast tissue but find it so hard to and limited when it comes to uplifts. I’ve prepared myself for him telling me no to implants and just and uplift as I know anything will be an improvement on what I have already so I’m going in open minded. I hadn’t even thought about them saying no all together!! I’ll let you know how I get on tomorrow xxx

I am and so excited – like I said just nervous….. I think its not knowing what to expect. The hardest part is figuring out what cc to have I don’t want to be too big as I am tiny but I don’t want to regret not going big enough!.

I will definitely keep you updated and yes definitely let me know how you get on tomorrow – I have my pre-op tomorrow xx

Hi, I have 36 c/d. I went for my consultation as was told I’d need an uplift. I saw my surgeon and he said I had two options, first being an uplift only which would leave me full and pert but this of course would make me smaller. I wanted to have mind dargex and was initially disheartened hiwever, he did say that I could have 275cc high profile implants subglandular which would give me the upper pole fullness I really wanted. He suggested that larger implants could be done but only in two separate ops due to the amount of tissue being removed. I have my op on 18th April.

Hi girls, had my consultation with Dr Traynor today and he said no to uplift, although I kind of expected it I still burst in to tears when he told me however I trust him and his opinion so have booked in to have it done on the 2nd of May. He recommended I go and speak to other surgeons but I wouldn’t feel comfortable knowing he was so against it and would now question others. So yes, 2nd of may is my surgery date and I shall keep you all updated xxxx

Hi @mirandamilburn did he refuse surgery altogether? Or was it just an uplift with no implant he recommended? Xx

@katieb011293 sorry I’ve just realised how little sense my last post made. He said he would not give implants and would only offer an uplift due to the weight of my boobs xxx

    Hi girls,
Just reading this post and I’m exactly the same! I’m at 34E but they sag and are flat at the top. I went for my consultation last week and I have booked to see a surgeon. In the consultation they said I wouldn’t need implants just the uplift but I’m worried in case I wouldn’t get the full look I want. I don’t really want them any bigger. I just want the fullness and perkiness.
How was your surgery? Have you got any before and after pictures? I find it so hard to find just uplift photos! xx
