Day 9 – post op.

Had my strapping off Friday, what a weird feeling that was when they became free!!! .. I still have tape over my incision’s because my left still needs to do a tad bit of heeling at the end compared to the rest of the incision and the right one! I’m currently wearing Asda sports bras which I got recommended by my nurse and they are so comfortable, I’m wearing a 34DD which what I was told to get but they do seem a bit big round my back so I’m off to Asda tomorrow to get a 32 back. I’ve started laying on my back which is no bother until I sit up in a morning and feel like I have a crane on my chest but the feeling soon wears off after a few minutes. Towards the end of the day my boobs start aching but apart from that I seem to be pain free now although sometimes I may get a bit of an ache or twinge in one boob every so often but its tolerable and soon wears off. Oh dear, thanks for letting me know Tracy, I will have a look tomorrow to see what I can get my hands on, if I cant find any at 32 I will find a different bra. 🙂 xxx

Hi Megan I’ve added you … I have similar stats as you and had 350/375 hp partials on the 11th … I have strapping in but my look quite small … ?

Hey Lucy, who was your surgeon? .. Partials usually seem bigger than unders because they’re not fully protected by the muscle, mine seem to have gotten bigger since my strapping came off but I think you will be surprised once its gets it off, the strapping squashes them down to reduce swelling but if its only been 4 days I would give it time and wait until you see them properly.
